What happens when someone scans a code?
The code opens the machine's record, or the part or store location it belongs to. The person on site is then working on the right machine, without searching a list.
Should we use QR or RFID?
Both work from the same scan screen. QR needs only the phone's camera, while RFID tags can be read without lining up a camera.
Do links sent in messages work too?
Yes. A shared link to a job card, transfer or stocktake opens that record for anyone in the organisation who is signed in.
