Where do the availability figures come from?
Breakdowns and their job cards give the downtime, and engine hours give the time each machine worked. Diggy Telematics reads the machine's data, and people record the rest.
Can we compare machine categories?
Yes. The utilisation view shows trends for the whole organisation and for each category, so haul trucks can be read apart from support equipment. Each category's trend shows whether it is improving over time.
Can the report reach us without logging in?
Engineering reports can be scheduled to arrive by email on a regular cadence. Downtime analysis sits over the same records, showing which breakdowns cost the most hours.
