Why split in-situ from detrital chrome?
They come from different material and different work, so mixing them muddies the shift report. Mining entries carry the split on every line, and the daily totals keep it for the client report.
Does it cover the processing plant?
Yes. Each plant sits in the plant register, and processing entries record what went through it on every shift, beside the stockpiles that feed it.
Can we follow chrome trucked off site?
Stockpiles are recorded as material moves on and off them, and each survey is reconciled against that record, so the tonnes on the ground and the tonnes reported agree.
