The plant operator records the processing entries for the shift, and any delay or breakdown that stopped the plant. The control room shows processing beside the loads feeding it.
Our units move between contracts. Does that work?
Each screen or crusher is an asset with its own history. Asset planning allocates it to a project, so the site and the owner know where it is committed.
How are services planned on a mobile plant?
Services come due on each unit's engine hours. Wear parts come from the parts register through a requisition, and the job card records the parts used.
